Recreational
All Ages

Practice Times:
Tuesday | 4:30 PM–5:30PM

Thursday | 4:30 PM–5:30 PM

Our Recreational Cheer Program is designed for athletes who want to learn and enjoy cheerleading in a fun, encouraging, and low-pressure environment.
This team focuses on the basic fundamentals of cheer, including motions, jumps, counts, rhythm, transitions, beginner stunting, coordination, flexibility, and performance skills. Instruction is provided at a slower, more comfortable pace, allowing athletes additional time, repetition, and support as they develop their skills and confidence.
What to Expect
Athletes will learn:
Basic cheer motions and technique
Beginner jumps
Counts, timing, and rhythm
Simple formations and transitions
Beginner stunting and safety
Cheers, chants, and short routines
Confidence and performance skills
Teamwork, sportsmanship, and listening skills
Non-Competitive Program
Our Recreational Team does not compete. There are no competition requirements or expectations for athletes to progress at a competitive pace.
Athletes may have opportunities to participate in small community performances, showcases, parades, or other special events throughout the year when appropriate.
Every athlete learns differently, and that's okay! Our recreational program emphasizes patience, repetition, encouragement, safety, and individual growth rather than comparison or pressure.
This program is a great starting point for new cheerleaders, athletes who benefit from a slower learning environment, or athletes who simply want to enjoy cheer without the commitment and demands of competitive cheer.

Dress Code & Safety Requirements:
All athletes must wear black athletic shorts or leggings, a black athletic top, athletic shoes, and keep hair pulled up at all times. For safety reasons, no jewelry is permitted during practice.
