This team focuses on the basic fundamentals of cheer, including motions, jumps, counts, rhythm, transitions, beginner stunting, coordination, flexibility, and performance skills.

This program introduces athletes to a structured, novice-level competitive environment while focusing heavily on proper technique, safety, and progression.

One hour per week included. One on One coaching to refine skills in a more focused and personalized environment.
